Free wills. Half the legal fee. Always.
When a loved one passes away, everything freezes — including their bank accounts. Most families don't know what to do next, and that's completely normal.
The legal process of administering a deceased estate in South Africa involves strict deadlines, court submissions, and paperwork that can take months — even years — without the right help.
You shouldn't have to face that alone. And you definitely shouldn't have to pay full attorney fees on top of everything else.

We draft your will for free — professionally and legally — so your family is protected no matter what.

We administer the full estate at half the legally allowed fee. No hidden costs, no unnecessary delays.

We assist families with property tied to a deceased estate — from valuations to sales, we handle it.

We guide you through the full government subsidy application process so your family gets what they're entitled to.
Most attorneys charge the maximum legally allowed executor fee — and most families never question it because they don't know any better. We believe that's wrong. So we made a decision to always charge half.

You've just lost a loved one and have no idea where to start. We guide you through every step from day one.

You've been told there's an estate to administer but the legal process feels overwhelming. We handle it all for you.

There's a house tied to the estate and the family doesn't know what happens to it. We sort it out.

You can't afford full attorney fees on top of everything else. We administer estates at half the legal fee — always.

Your loved one passed without a will. We help your family understand exactly what you're entitled to.

You've been named executor but have no idea what that means. We stand alongside you through the entire process.
"How much does it cost to administer a deceased estate?"
Most attorneys charge the maximum legally allowed executor fee of 3.5% plus VAT of the total estate value. On a R2 million estate that's R70 000 in fees alone. We charge half of that — always. And if you just need a will drafted, that's completely free.
"I've just lost a loved one — what do I do first?"
The first thing to know is that a deceased estate must be reported to the Master of the High Court within 14 days of the passing. It sounds daunting but that's exactly what we're here for. Simply WhatsApp us and we'll walk you through every single step from day one — no legal jargon, no confusion.
"Do I need a lot of money or a big estate to use your services?"
Absolutely not. We help every Western Cape family regardless of the size of the estate or their financial situation. Whether the estate includes a house, a small savings account, or just a will that needs drafting — we're here for you.
